The three day event will be filled with cultural activities, arts and crafts. Artists from Sambalpur, Mayurbhanj, Cuttack, Punjab, Gujarat, Assam, Haryana, Mathura, as well from Nepal, Bhutan and Ghana will perform on this occassion.
